Welcome to Vista Cove Condominiums

Delivering Value, Protecting our Unique Eco-System and Promoting an Inclusive and Vibrant Community

Welcome to our gated enclave nestled in the wetlands along the banks of the San Sebastian River. Living amongst an abundance of natural Florida plants, trees and wild life is a privilege we enjoy every day.  Our founder had the foresight to integrate our storm management systems into the marshes and river basin successfully protecting our community from flooding. Vista Cove is also conveniently located within minutes of downtown St Augustine where we can partake from a diverse wealth of 460-year history, art, music, dining and shopping.

When we relax inside, our spacious condominiums (2 or 3-bedroom, 2, 2.5, or 3-bathroom models) have full size dining spaces, walk-in closets and lanais that you will not find in newer communities here in Florida.  A blend of comfort and style, our two-story townhomes and single story villas have elegantly transcended time.  Every home has access to high speed internet.

As a resident at Vista Cove, you will have access to more than the typically well-equipped clubhouse, two year-round pools and fitness center.  Morning walks on our raised walkways throughout our conservation areas provide chance encounters with flocks of white ibis, Herons, Roseate Spoonbills and more.  A walk on the pier at sunset when dolphins chase fish upstream at the day's end creates opportunities for both amateur and professional photographers.

Over the years, the Board has been actively investing in "Florida Friendly" landscaping.  The removal of non-indigenous invasive plants has resulted in reduced water expense for Vista Cove.  As stewards of our San Sebastian River Basin, keeping the marsh flora and fauna healthy protects our entire Ravenswood community.

This is just one example of a well-managed property.  Every roof has been replaced within the past 1-3 years.  This year, every building was painted and sealed to meet or exceed Florida insurance requirements resulting in lower deductibles. Our buildings are all 2 stories, so we have no new costs resulting from recent condo law changes forcing structural assessments of high-rise buildings. In a time when COAs in Florida are struggling, Vista Cove is financially secure and thriving.

So, come and visit us and see for yourself.  We are not a golf or tennis community.  We are something more.
