Vista Cove Amenities Overview

Our Vista Cove Clubhouse has a 240 sqft conference room and a newly furnished 800 sqft meeting room for Association meetings, social gatherings and club activities. Every month the Social Committee organizes unique and entertaining social events for owners and their families. The Meeting Room is available to rent when not in use by the Association. We have two swimming pools on the premises. The Clubhouse pool is over 1,000 sqft and features a large deck and a separate covered seating area for gatherings. The Fitness Center pool is a temperature-controlled saline lap pool. Both are open year round for owners, their families and their guests. Water aerobics classes are conducted twice weekly.

Our trails cross-cross the community and conservation area. They are a good way to take a shortcut to the Clubhouse or relax and enjoy the view. Vista Cove is a Florida Friendly property with a wealth of flora and fauna to view. The pier extends out into the Sans Sebastian river basin and is a favorite spot for fishermen and photographers alike.

Our Fitness Center is fully equipped with circuit weight machines, treadmills and ellipticals in a comfortable air conditioned space with large screen TV, WiFi and music to enjoy while you work out. The entire property was connected with a state-of-the-art fiber network earlier in the year. As a part of your monthly association fees, every unit is equipped with 600mps upstream/600mps downstream upgradeable internet service with mesh WiFi service.
